Also I am not sure of the value of instant speed land dropping, I guess if an opponent is about to remove it, it can tap and squeeze out another land drop if there is one in hand.

I also tested a couple of games with this deck, I won 2 and lost 2 (won against really jank decks, one of them running double lava axe, just gaining life won me the game) one loss was against mono black devotion due to me not being able to destroy Phyrexian Obliterator without dealing damage to it, I had x2 Fiery justice in hand but did not want to sac 4 gates and a creature.
Another loss was against Vannifar (the new birthing pod) into a one turn kill combo featuring Pestermite and kiki-jiki, even though I did not stand much of a chance I think a card like Dismember would really help, even if it is a bit pricey for this list.

I did consider adding Wayward Swordtooth, however it is too expensive for this budget at $4.68. I do have "Skyshroud Ranger" which effectively does the same thing.

Sakura-Tribe scout is unfortunately $2.35 each, and in the interest of being 1 mana cheaper and better curve-wise and most of the time being able to play it a turn early (although worse stats, and unable to block most of the time because of the sorcery tag), you could make an argument for each.

I found a card called Skyshroud ranger, it works brilliantly with Maze's End also added a sideboard (far from tuned).

I would say I prefer Meteor Golem over spine of Ish-sah, since there is not a way of sacrificing or bouncing spine, and you get a 3/3 body, plus it's slightly better for budget.
As for Amulet of Vigor I was edging towards not putting it in the deck due to me thinking it would not get enough value (especially in the late game) after I saw it's $24.32 price tag, it's way to expensive for this list, but in a non budget list you might add it along with "Azusa, Lost but seeking", or "Oracle of Mul-daya" (type card).

Yes that would be the case a lot of the time being one turn behind, I could replace a couple of the guildgates for a couple of more "Plaza of Harmony"'s to solve this problem. *edit -1 Rakdos Guildgate -1 Orzhov Guildgate +2 Plaza of Harmony

I think the mana is already strained with 4 avatar of the resolute and 4 Phalanx leader, gavony township may throw things off balance. I also think this is an attempt at a budget deck hence the lack of fetch lands. However Gavony township would be great in this.

I think you could easily switch in a ghost quarter for x1 of the two lumbering falls you have.
Even if there is just one in the deck that could be a win condition within itself with crucible of worlds, once you and your opponent are exhausted to get rid of every land they have.
Plus you could just get it with Gifts Ungiven from wherever it is in your deck consistently.

Have you tested this deck, and does it work... as a mill deck or just a fun deck have you ever beaten anything with it? I feel like you could trim the fat with this deck as all the duplicates are under x4.

I do love the ideas of this deck and would like to see it improve. +1

You have 30 cards in your sideboard including x6 copies of three cards. Max is 15 and 4 copies of any single card (counting those of the main deck).

Hello again ;), how about Rite of Belzenlok from the new set?
It offers really good cleric token creation, although the clerics are only 0/1's so you wouldn't be able to heal much or deal any damage with starlit sanctum the other draw-backs are that they have zero synergy with Lifeline and Black Market,
however Doubtless one could get quite large and you could deal a lot of direct damage with Cabal Archon.

Also Sign in Blood says "Target player draws 2 cards and loses two life" so you could technically get lethal damage with it.

I really like the deck +1.
How about Sign in Blood substituted for Succumb to Temptation, it does exactly the same thing except it is a sorcery but it costs (1) colorless mana less. I do not think that card draw is too important in a deck like this to be an instant. Plus it is only $0.02 more per card than Succumb to temptation so you aren't losing much in terms of budget.

I like the way you our going with this deck, but i digress with a couple of points.

4 copies of Approach of the Second Sun is too many. In every approach deck I have seen the most copies in a deck i have found is 3, and most people think even that is too many in situations especially due to its 7 converted cost.

26 lands with x4 Opt and x2 Search for Azcanta could be 1 or 2 too many, as you have the scry to sift out the cards you do not need anyway and all the lands you have in the deck do the same thing (tap for mana) as you do not have any Field of Ruin in the deck to justify it.

I was talking about the burn spells you already have in the deck which Soul-scar mage has synergy against. 2xBlazing Volley, 4xLightning Strike,3xOpen Fire,2xShock.
Also if you are playing casually and dont want too big an advantage over your opponent thats ok, but i was just trying to help you improve your deck. I also did give you some ideas about budget 1 drops which could help, which you could obtain easier.
Harsh mentor is a great card and multiple copies of it are played in the top deck of the meta.
I don't think you need Moment of triumph, however if you do find yourself needing some extra heals and/or if your opponents removal is based around toughness totals, it could be average for the sideboard.

I think as an aggro deck you need some turn 1 creature plays, in many matchups, (the most common in the meta being Mono-red Aggro) against aggro you will end up finding yourself behind just because of the fact they played a turn one creature and you didn't. I would reccomend the following:
Soul-Scar Mage, Due to the amount of burn removal you are playing, prowess can be very useful for extra damage on turns where removing a creature is a better option than playing one.
Bomat Courier, is the value card one drop, it can give you stupid amounts of draw, if you find it about to die from a shock or something, just sacrifice it and walla!
Fanatical Firebrand, maybe even Bloodlust inciter, Skymarch aspirant, if you want to go a bit more budget. Bloodlust inciter especially good synergy with combat celebrant.

With the amount of instant and sorcery spells in the deck i think Dark Petition would be better, especially if you are floating at 6 mana, you could get a Triskaedephobia and cast it on the same turn if Spell mastery is procc'ed
