I really like this deck.

Some suggestions I would like to make are:
1. Instead of Bane Alley, I would suggest Reassembling Skeleton since it can come back as long as you have the mana
2. If within budget limit, Blood Artist may fit here as well :)

Had this not been necessary to stay in standard, I'd have totally suggested Garruk's Companion over the Centaur...but oh well :)

On another note, maybe sideboard artifact/enchantment removal and more flier removal?

It's very nice, but I think it'd be a little too slow since there isn't much mass milling. So, I would suggest the following:
1. Replace either Trinket Mages or some of Divinations with Traumatize
2. Replace Trinket Mages with Fabricate
3. Thought Scours are great for both milling and drawing

Otherwise, nice deck! It's really rare to see mana ramp in blue :)

Nice deck. However, I would like to make the following suggestions:

1. More mana ramp and creature creation would be desirable to use Craterhoof to its full potential. Try Hunting Triad, Lys Alana Huntmaster, and Elvish Promenade are all great ways of creating more elves
2. Collective Unconscious is great when you actually have the creatures, but mass removal can screw it up. Adding cards that can get you draws regardless might be a preferable choice, such as Harmonize
3. A lot of mana is required for the Behemoth and Genesis Wave to be effective, so mana ramp! Harrow, Rampant Growth etc.
4. On the sideboard, Artifact/Enchantment removal and creature buffs/protection would be nice. Some possible choices include Fade into Antiquity (indestructible is not a problem); Gaea's Anthem (ensures your creatures won't die from a single shot of Electrickery or Shrivel); and Asceticism (hexproof).

But again, this really depends on your play style :)

gotta love reanimation. It just makes the cards so much more...affordable to play :) I remember my friend joking about playing self-mill with eldrazis to turn-2 Emrakul and such XD

Thank you! I really wanted to make a budget version, and kinda failed (thus the awkward price). I like your version because it's so much more affordable (which is my main interest) and can still do what it aims to do :)

5 color decks can be hard to play. Here are some suggestions I would make:

1. More land searchers, such as Kodama's Reach; Cultivate; Seek the Horizon; Shard Convergence; Expedition Map; Traveler's Amulet etc.
2. More 5-color producers (or color changers), such as Kaleidostone; Composite Golem; if you have the budget, a Doubling Cube
3. Cards that use all five colors, such as Coalition Victory; Door to Nothingness; Child of Alara; Genju of the Realms
4. Myrs! You need all the mana you can get, so all the myrs!
5. Metalcraft cards, since there are so many scarecrows.
6. Deck Searchers, such as Demonic Collusion; Diabolic Tutor; Increasing Ambition; Genesis Wave. They can help you search for cards and thin the deck.

....Or you can just put in a single Omen Machine, some deck searchers/artifact searchers, and afterwards just let the deck play out by itself lol.

Regardless, looks fun!

Spirits are always fun. You should try building a green spirit deck (it surprisingly works nicely) :)

On the other hand, some cards I would like to suggest are:
1. Celestial Kirin if you would like mass removal
2. Cards with Soulshift, like Hundred-Talon Kami (Retrieval)
3. Lantern Kami (a great one drop spirit) or Latch Seeker (unblockable)
4. Soul Seizer (taking control of your opponent's stuff is always fun)
5. Aether Shockwave (a great way to mass control)
6. Genju of the Falls (can become an extra spirit :) )
7. Promise of Bunrei (more tokens!)
8. Ribbons of Reikei (mass draw if your spirits are alive)
9. Long-Forgotten Gohei (a noncreature spirit 'lord'?)

A possible sideboard is Dark Impostor. Otherwise, nice deck :)

Nice token deck! I would suggest adding Martial Coup for additional fieldwipe + tokens :)

Nice deck XD
Now, if you have the budget, maybe replace Elite Inquisitor with Precinct Captain; add Captain's Call on sideboard?

Also, some nice cards that can come into this deck (assuming within budget, that is XD): Odric (soo many creatures) and Martial Coup (late game fieldwipe + soldier tokens)

Yeah...the same thing happened to me. Like, the cards I used were under $3 each I think, but somehow summing it all up lead to a mid price of 74!

Nice deck. My suggestions would be as follows:
1. Trinket mage really doesn't do much imo. I would suggest replacing it with 0-drop artifacts, such as Accorder's Shield, Bone Saw, or Spidersilk Net.
2. Azorius Herald can be replaced with Kitesail Apprentice. Good flier when equipped.
3. Instead of Banisher Priest, I would suggest either Dispense Justice or Dispatch for Metalcraft effects.
4. Sideboards may include: Glint Hawk, more low-drop equipment cards (Ogre's Cleaver, for instance)

Have fun XD

You should totally do a politics deck (trading stuff, with Zedruu the Greathearted XD). I tried to make it budget, but kinda failed :)

I like it XD

The only thing is, is 37 lands enough for EDH decks? What I heard from my friends is that unless you have good mana ramp, it's safer to stay at 40 lands. Then again, the curve of this deck seems pretty low....
