Maybe go for the throat instead of ultimate price ?
If you're going to run so little land, better add in good land like Blackcleave Cliffs, Blood Crypt, or Dragonskull Summit.

16 lands is to low. must have around 22 lands. I've tested some decks that had not enough land and it's shit

USE FEAST OF BLOOD INSTEAD OF MURDER!!!!! Its only two mana and you gain 4 life!!!
I recommend you put some draws and If you want to keep it red "Olivia Voldaren" would be a good acquisition, but monoblack or not "Kalastria Highborn" is a wonderful piece to a vampire deck.
