OK, so I think you're playing the wrong colour combo here, because you need lingering souls in a token deck, I would add black, put in spectral procession, intangible virtue, lay line of the meek, lingering souls, zealous persecution, Elspeth knight errant, sorin solumn visitor and bitter blossom, then it should be pretty formidible

I think your number of walkers is a bit dodgy, remember the legendary rule, you can only have one Elspeth in the field at any one time!

Building off of what Gothy had to say, I drop everything black about this deck and go White/Green. Why? Doubling Season and Parallel Lives are phenomenal! Also, dig through Ravnica and Return to Ravnica to see what you can find. Keep in mind that when you hold a Call of the Conclave in your hand with a Parallel Lives in your hand with it, just wait until turn 5 to get the major action done. Even wait until turn six if you also hold another Parallel Lives or a Doubling Season. The wait is worth the reward! And then with your 2 or more Centaurs, you can go heavy and drop an Armada Wurm, and then Advent of the Wurm, and then pop off a growing ranks and make your army enormous! And then drop that Wayfaring Temple because everybody needs a blocker(or an attacker)! Sorry for ranting, but Selesnya is sooooo great...

Selesnya is just not as good as B/W in modern, sure you can have a 3/3 for 2, or you can have a ridiculous amount of fairies, bitterblossom was banned for a while for a reason!!!
A guy runs a token deck at my LGS every Tuesday, and he does pretty well with it, he does run a playset of timely reinforcements, and don't say: oh, you will never have less creatures than your opponent..... Let me remind you aggro is almost 50% of the meta! and there are board wipes, so timly reinforcements is just too good to leave out a I think...
Also, try and run at least 2 king Oreo (Brimaz, King of orezkos?) in here, stupidly good, and if you also can fit in Sorin, I have lost games to him, and giving all the tokens +1/+0 is just insult to injury

Put back in spectoral procession! It is one of the best token producers available to you! There is a reason it is a 4 of in meta game token decks

If there are a few other changes then sure thing! The number of playset of elspeths and brimaz's is a little too much imo
how's that for a change 2 brimaz 2 hero of b. deck and sideboard
Cut signal pest for layline of the meek as it anthems all your dudes and add raise the alarm and gather the townsfolk to lower the curve and give you extra tokens
