I love creative decks and I really like the multiple win conditions. Vraska is always a good time!

Some suggestions, based on my standard U/B mill/discard deck (http://www.mtgvault.com/muktol/decks/bu-standard-discard/)
Consuming Aberration ({3}{U}{B}, Power and toughness based on number of cards in your opponents' graveyards, whenever you cast a spell your opponent is milled until he reveals a land), Drainpipe Vermin ({B}, 1/1, if it dies, pay {B} and your opponent discards a card)
Liliana's Reaver ({2}B}{B}, 4/3, deathtouch, whenever he deals combat damage, you get a 2/2 token and your opponent discards a card)
Wight of Precinct Six (Power and toughness based on number of creatures in your opponents' graveyards), Nighthowler (Power and toughness based on number of creatures in all graveyards)
Disperse ({1}{U}, return target nonland permanent to it's owners hand), Hero's Downfall ({1}{B}{B}, Pointremoval), Psychic Strike ({1}{U}{B}, counter and mill), Mind Rot ({2}{B} your opponent discards 2 cards), Pilfered Plans ({1}{U}{B}, draw and mill)

I hope I was able to give yo some ideas
Greetings
Muktol

@ddiablo2008: My standard deck actually runs no creatures at all http://www.mtgvault.com/blarg69/decks/esper-control-mill/

@FlashSamuria34: I like your deck! Consuming Aberration is a lot of fun. One thing though, i don't think your reading Agent of the Fates correctly. His heroic ability triggers only when you cast a spell that "Targets" him. And you don't really have any profitalbe ways to target him. Cyclonic Rift says "Target creature you DON'T control" and the only way to target him with Far//Away is if you bounce him to your hand. And i'm not really sure it makes sense to bounce him just to have your opponent sac a creature when having to recast him puts you back in tempo - plus you only have 3 Far//Away. I suggest you swap him out for something else - maybe a Lifebane Zombie?

Maybe put a lord of the void or two in, good for milling them a bit and getting a few extra creatures doing it.

personally I think he is way too expensive and too hard to guard to be of any use.

Awesome Deck! i Played BUG Mill Right Before The Last Standard Rotation, And It Was Very Formidable.
IThink You May Want To See Read The bones In The Main Deck. You are Lacking Card Draw Which Is Something A Control Deck Relies On. I Say Move The Golgari Charms To The Side Board.

If YouWouldn't Mind To Look At My Latest Brew ThatWould Be Awesome:

Instead of deathright shamans I would run sylvan caraytids. You have enough stuff to ramp out for and they are hexproof so they won't be dying anyway unless it's mass removal.

He uses shamans because he is guaranteed to have material in the opponent's graveyard to use the abilities for. That being said, caryatid is a great card, but in this deck, shaman is better.

Dimir Charm instead of Pharika... ...drop 1 Putrefy & add 1 more Bones!..

Remove Divination & End from the sides... ...than put in 3 Negate(protect your planeswalkers) & 3 Tormod's Crypt(to counter Elixir of Immortality)...

Good luck! :)

Being a big control player, I can tell you now that you want some counters in the maindeck. Four out of the five win conditions require your planeswalkers and if they get countered it isn't that hard to beat the deck. Ashiok turn 3 isn't much of a threat because she'll either get countered with Syncopate or exiled with Detention Sphere. Aggro can't really keep up with her 5 loyalty that early which is a BIG advantage that card holds. I'm assuming you have Gaze of Granite as your pseudo board wipe, which Ratchet Bomb can do that a whole lot better. I'd still prefer Jace, Architect of Thought over Read the Bones but if you couldn't fit him in here then understandable because it's a mill deck. Your creature base is kinda weak although it goes with your deck theme because you're putting things in the yard. I do want to try and make a BUG deck now though, I've never played BUG control. I hope my input helps.

*EDIT*: You have ways around Detention Sphere so it isn't too much of a threat but I'd still have counters for your other planeswalkers or just to keep your opponent from playing things you don't want him playing.

That's a solid copy AZ88. If this deck ran some counters instead of soo much creature control, its power could go OVER 9000!!!!

I'd drop the purify to the sideboard and one of the far and aways. Replace with syncopates to keep control in game one. Think about annuals for extra counter protection against the new wave of god enchantments. I totally dig this deck and will be stealing from it very soon;) Goodluck!!
