Loving the beginnings. Was just thinking of some sort of rakdos discard fun, so i thought id look here for inspiration.
"Sideboard" seems to have a lot of things i was about to suggest.

Few suggestions:

Id ditch the following
- Mogis, just doesn't seem to fit
- Heros Downfall, too much mana, put on SB
- Dreadbore, again to SB, because sorcery
- Lilianas Caress, on the fence about this one

Id add the following
- Bile blight, replace hero's downfall with this, gives opportunity to 2 for 1
- lightning bolt, replace dreadbore with this
- consider shrieking affliction for lilianas caress
- add 1 mortars to MB for the multi-kill opportunity

I like your idea of stormbreath on the side, for those times where desecration demon just doesn't cut it.
Honestly i wish i could make some more suggestions, but i only really know standard, and you seem to have covered just about everything there.

IMO paragon ruins the deck. im just not sold on them. tried a couple, and 4cmc was just not worthwhile, despite the effect

Aha, my thoughts precisely on the Swiftclaws. They were in there just because of memories of being a total baller at pre-releases.

Interesting that you mention soldier of the pantheon, mine just got freed up after i took them out of another deck, might consider them after this weekend. i want to give it a try with the first round of changes.

Thanks for the detailed review. Finally had a chance to give the deck a try. Havent given it a thorough review, but can agree with some of the suggestions that you made.

Seraph of the Masses is an easy cut after playing it.
The Oreskos Swiftclaw can also be canned pretty easily.

Not too sure about several of the others yet, as i have not tried the entire deck. I will be keeping the suntail hawks though, they worked surprisingly well.

Im not that concerned about the mana cost if it comes down to that. However, overrun is an uncommon and as this is a pauper deck i am limited to commons.

I think i spotted a strive card today while looking through some new Journey into Nyx cards i got. I agree, it can be a rather useful tool in this deck

Hmm, i havent really played this deck in a while. Well at least not since Journey arrived. So that is an interesting idea. The main reason for Thassa was to pre-screen the cards for the Duskmantle Seer, of course scryfish can do that too.

I would likely take the domestication out at that point also, since it is really there as devotion for thassa.

Aha, yeah ill do that, its just sort of a low mana-cost bomb deck. Love Chorus though, will have to add it.

I assume you meant Coat of Arms, in which case I might do that after this deck rotates out of standard. Clearly a sweet addition to the deck, but i have been taking this deck to Standard events every now and then.

Id ditch gift of immortal, it doesnt really help you that much. Since you are playing auras, you will still lose all of them and only retain the creature. Also not entirely sure about having VoR on the main board.

You might consider Rangers guile, Gods willing or as mentioned earlier Ajani. These will help you close out games.

Hahahaha ohh man, Polymorphous Rush, too good. End of turn + max 7 mana = win.

I would suggest more dig power. Divination I would consider a must. If you have Jace, do it. If you do not have Jace, as you mentioned rotation is upcoming so dont bother.

+1 for making a deck that i have wanted to since i laid mine eyes upon Biovisionary

Had to dig through a couple pages to find this one. Needed something that sparked my interest and also is standard. Havent been playing long enough to have a really good grasp on modern yet.
