Another non budget card that could help you is crypt ghast, also I found out that this is technically a power level 2 deck, so the ultimate pub stomping deck

I modified your deck slightly. I feel like it's a bit better, but it's roughly double the price now.https://www.mtgvault.com/sitcomsunday/decks/maralen-combo-edh-v2/Pretty much it's using the Ad Nausem in conjuction with Skirge Familiar to "draw" your deck then discard the majority of it for mana to cast Exsanguinate or Torment of Hailfire ideally trying to kill your opponents at the same time. It seems like it would still be highly susceptible to counter spells. Not sure if anyone actually plays those in commander tho.
