Captivating Vampire is the only one I see who doesn't fit in here. All the other vamps have life link or deal some kind of direct damage to trigger your exquisite/sanguine combo. Maybe switch him out for 4 Kalasrtia Highborn?Other than that, This deck look like a lot of fun!
