you should look into decks that abuse torpor orb effects if you like this. There are a lot of white creatures now that do a similar thing.

Your right about the archive trap. I played modern like 5 years ago and it was not the case then. LOL its $20+ now is kind of insane.
This was a while ago so I am assuming you played the format a decent amount at this point. How is it?
lands could be a Issue with the deck. you really only have 18 but you have the potential for 23. 5 are tapped lands though which in control can be the difference. You do have a very low CMC so maybe its not that big a deal but you do run 6 cmc 5 cards which I assume are going to be hard to cast in the deck. Like the deck though. Anything with sharks in it gets a upvote from me!!
I just dont think you can reliably flip delver of secrets and student of elements which seem like your win cons. Also your in blue and have no draw. Things like Faerie Miscreant, Faerie Vandal, Spectral Sailor, Winged Words, etc. Cool idea there was a mono blue flash counter deck not so long ago in standard that did very well which had a similar idea and was budget friendly.
I would suggest blighted agent and archive trap. For Modern.
yeah but when exporting the list your commander doesn't show unless its part of the 99 so I have 100 in the main so I can export the list with my commander in it.

thanks. Appreciate the comment. I added possible card draw to the sideboard based on your suggestion so I will probably be adding some if it is an issue.
got it. Was wondering why the 98. Commander legends looks insane. Jeweled lotus I am sure would make the list. Also might steal this list.

so much atraxa infect hate for no reason. Deck is less powerful then most infinite combo decks.

I don't think I have ever drawn cards off of browbeat and risk factor was a tough decision for me. I think it was like cut 101. Thanks for the input though. Thing's like experimental frenzy, staff of nin, risk factor, 2 drop tibalt, immortal sun, mind stone, hedron archive, and dreamstone hedron. were some of the very last cards to be cut. The draw is nice but spells that draw will untap my commander as well as other cards in the deck so I started with that in mind over hard draw to see how it runs.
