Ok so my motivation for this deck was basically there be dragons and also…. There be lots of dragons and even if I don’t play dragons then chances are there will be some on the other side of the table and you don’t want to be the guy who brings a goblin to a dragon fight!
So it’s a fairly uncomplicated deck to play ramp up as quick as you can. Against fast agro decks (mono red etc.) you want your knuckleblades and raptors out asap to stall. Burn can be a bit of an issue if the target your ramp creatures but the Rattleclaw is still your best option as morphing it means more triggers for bringing raptors back from the graveyard. Once you’ve got your mana base established start throwing out your big boys. (dragonclaw first if possible) Heroblades make a nice little addition because the deck has four pairs of legendary creatures and what is better than Dragonlord Atarka 8/8 with flying and trample?...... Dragonlord Atarka 11/10 with flying and trample!
