Ten 4-drops and twelve 3-drops seems a bit high, even with 24 lands. You're going to be much slower on average than the fast decks tearing through modern at the moment, such as hammer time, jund, and izzet tempo, and everything that takes advantage of lurrus. You're also now legally allowed to use counterspell in modern, which is a must-include. Then there are the tech lands to consider.Just my thoughts, not a condemnation.
