Putrefy could be a nice sideboard for all those pesky artifact decks running around in casual. Plus it's nice to assassinate the johnny combo player's artifact combo linchpin. On a personal note, you ever find that group to play with? And since I'm here, I've got this newfangled simic thing I'm trying to wrap my head around, but I seem to be stuck. You wanna help a brotha out? http://www.mtgvault.com/themoc/decks/undying-polymorph/

How I forgot about putrefy, I may never know...thanks!And yes I did find a good group, oddly enough 2 of them take the same train to work as me and we spend the entire time talking about magic haha it actually spawned a pretty neat deck that I just finished putting together...http://www.mtgvault.com/granflux/decks/life-rage/Of course I have time to take a look. By the time you get this I'll have already checked your deck out!
Hm, you are really praying that your opponent plays a creature-heavy deck, eh?^^Biggest problem I see is that your creatures aren't very tough either ... won't many games turn into borefests where both sides have no creatures left? I especially question those Royal Assassins. Oldschool as they may be - they don't really belong here. See, you have no way to tap creatures and they are just one of 20+ ways to kill creatures and only provide a 1/1 body ... I would prefer something like Dark Impostor in this slot (same mana cost but twice as big, can also kill and has the potential to get stronger - yes, it costs six to activate but you have lots of cheaper alternatives so you can choose your weapons depending on the progress of the game).Likewise I think 4 Dismember + 4 Tragic Slip are overkill (pun intended). I agree that you still need removal in the form of spells (since if the opponent has a method to kill your creatures, like, a Tim, then you are stuck), however, since your army is so meek you might want something more flexible, something that could also be used offensively. Something like Feast or Famine. Or Profane Command. If you have the time, please check out this one:http://www.mtgvault.com/puschkin/decks/faustus/
