I like it. I'd add Chalice of Life/Death as that gives you another win con. Ah yeah course, just noticed that, I would still think about Chalice though!
Chalice is a good call... I also made a few updates
i would also add ajani's pridemate instead of tithe drinker. Also, blood baron of vizkopa would be a good substitute. not to mention knight of meadowgrain which is majorly overpowered, but that wouldnt be legal.
The Blood baron is a decent shout but the pridemate isn't in standard any more.
