I'm another new member referred by MTGCast.
And before anyone else says something about Path, I've tried from 2 to 4 in the sideboard before. It isn't necessary with all of the other removal I have (all of which do more than just remove creatures, not to mention, don't give my opponent a land).
dohohoho! good one! What do I need path for? Lightning Bolt kills most things, and Chandra/Ajani/Bit Blast/World Queller kill the others. Not every deck running white needs path. And Obelisk is awesome against other control decks. Fog especially. Lightning Bolt every turn without needing Valakut and five mountains? It's good.
Lorescale Coatl! Kavu Predator! Dirtcowl Wurm! Cosi's Trickster! Aquastrand Spider or Helium Squirter are always nice to have. As is Sporeback Troll. Some others: Draining Whelk for countering that inevitable sweeper, Sage of Fables for more draw. Vinelasher Kudzu and Predatory Hunger for mass counters. Maybe even Quest for the Gemblades or Quirion Dryad. Forcemage Advocate is fun if you're into politics. As is Vigor, if you like being the target of everybody else. Looks like fun! I have a regular 60-card multiplayer deck similar to this, but green/white instead. Cradle of Vitality is awesome! Especially with Spike Feeder.
