I see the card "Warped Devotion" and wanted to build a budget deck around it.So the main idea is;Cast the Warped Devotion + Liliana's Caress+Dissipation Field or any bounce spell to anything your opponent has. Then opponent discards a card and loses 2 life while you are gaining 3 life (with sangromancer).Blizzard Scepter is great here beacause it can either bounce permanents or discard cards. And also my all time favourite card "Recoil" is great here as always.
