austere command is day of judgement but better. this is extended not t2.

rawr it feels like im spamming the comment box now, you can drop the land by another 1 quite safely i believe and make up the card wherever you wish.
oh theres also drowned catacomb for another dual land, but those are slightly expensive currently, as well as creeping tar pit, which would be more expensive, but theres a couple options for ya.
well kira's cost and amazingness goes hand in hand, eventually you should be able to make this deck into a bunch of 3's and a couple of 2's as you playtest it and figure out what you want, didnt want to remake the deck entirely just build on what you have, have fun ill be around if you want advice elsewhere.
id prefer to comment on decks of people who can speak in english regardless.
this is really really F*@$ing cool. id probally run birds of paradise and exotic orchard just to make sure you can play your opponents spells with shared fate.
pretty sure you realize this but just in case you dont. creature ability's are treated as instants Equip is treated as a sorcery so you cannot do it with the damage when he enters the battlefield. however this is where it gets tricky and im having trouble figuring out whether or not this combo would work, though im 70% sure it will and would need a second opinion for that last 30% im pretty sure you can cast virulent swipe on inferno titan after he resolves but before his ability resolves and use the deathtouch that way as well.
"Whenever it deals damage to a creature, destroy that creature" that should make it real clear for you, this is the deathtouch rule.
i have to disagree, the mana curve is very slow and the creatures themselves arent going to kill anything other than blue creatures, personally id probally scrap the deck and build from its ashes, but as far as any real suggestions i can give, felidar sovereign or test of endurance for a second (more reliable in this case) win condition.
personally id do the second one.
two ways to do this, drop Preeminent Captain entirely, as half of your kithkin are not soldiers. or drop 2 preeminent captain, 1 kinsbaile bordergaurd, 1 dolmen gate. add 2 plains and 2 emeria sky ruins
sigh, you do not understand, ill make this nice and clear for you there is only ONE type of deck that can handle this mana ratio, and it would be an elf deck with both llanowar elves AND another copy of it like arbor elf. theres also a couple zero mana decks but i wont get into that. heres why your deck cannot handle that ratio, first sample hand draw, 1 land zero creatures that cost 1 mana, no land for 2 draws, you sit there with your thumb up your ass letting your opponent get a two turn advantage. second sample hand draw, 0 land 1 land next draw followed by no land for 2 turns, repeat sitting there like an idiot. third sample hand draw, 3 land 3 creatures 1 honor of the pure, this hand is actually playable. you should realize your deck has ZERO reliability now.
weenie decks are comprised of decks with creatures that cost 3 or less and is built to be super aggressive and super fast, this is not a weenie deck. if you control seven or more Plains is the qoute on emeria as its threshold to be used, you have 4 plains, stirring wildwood and sunpetal gove are not plains, are not forests either for that matter, just like oran-rief is also not a forest. take a look at Murmuring Bosk for reference. take out momentous fall, add wall of omens, take out overwhelming stampede (you have beastmasters in here) and take out nomads' assembly OR luminarch and replace with adding 2 more rampant growth and your choice of creatures.
91% of the deck costs 2 mana or more, no mana ramping creatures, 16 lands, bad call bump it to 20
one of the best parts of black is being able to fetch creatures from your graveyard, one of the best parts of arcane spells is the fact that you can potentially play one card repeatedly all game long, ill start off by suggesting Soulless Revival instead of wit's end, Horobi's Whisper instead of terror. then to mill this deck down a bit lets drop swallowing plague, teller of tales, 1x swamp 1x island lets make discarding a bit more consistent and evil with the only card that can force your opponent to discard during their turn, nezumi shortfang instead of ravenous rats shape stealer instead of Kami of Twisted Reflection, and finally out of need for a large creature id drop gibbering kami for 2x Keiga, the Tide Star and 1x Kira, Great Glass-Spinner the mana curve probally isnt going to be great, id probally have to sit here and make my own deck instead of one in my head to get it right, but i think the deck would be far more powerful if you make these changes.
alright browsing through this now, im going to make suggestions on the basis of you owning every card in the game (i know you dont), ill try to keep to the kamigawa cycle.
if you own the cards, lands like misty rainforest are made to go with knight of the reliquary. your land count is also slightly high in this one
im not going to suggest much because i do not know what cards you have however i can tell you one thing having 30 lands in this deck is a terrible idea, especially when you only have two copys of knight of the reliquary. another thing i dont understand is the reliquary tower, you dont have enough card draw for it to really support you.
i cant agree with the land count, and i cant agree with having thoughtseize and dark confident in a deck with zero lifegain (i realize you have the jitte but i cant count that not when you only have 2 of it in here) other than that it looks like quite a bit of thought went into it. my suggestions are to drop dark ritual for 4 land Funeral charm instead of thoughtseize, after that you should be rolling well. atleast far more consistent.
this was a deck i made a long time ago, i did not know about keening stone when i made it, however traumatize a single use keening stone IS in here.
