Training grounds doesn't work with ninjutsu. Also, depending on your group's tolerance for non-tribal creatures, ornithopter and will-o'-the-wisp would be nice adds.

hidden ancients seems like it would be a dead draw most of the time. you could replace it with more ramp, more Dourbarks, or Dungrove Elders. Also, nature's lore is better than rampant growth.

Goldmeadow Stalwart seems good (as 2/2s for 1 often are). Rustic Clachan also seems more versatile than a Plains.

I believe your missing 4 lands (they could be other things but i'm guessing land). Other than that, I'd lose the ashes, since most of your creatures will be the chosen creature type in your grave anyway.

even with the extra draws, its often too slow to be worth it. I'd often rather be doing something else.

You activate it at the end step, when the delayed trigger activates, thus removing it from the stack. Since a delayed trigger triggers only once, you just got a NEW TURN!!!

how bout some more removal? Doom blade or go for the throat may be good for distress. divinity of pride is also better than avatar of will.

I'd make this Green instead of blue and focus more on the tron aspect with cards like ancient stirrings and explore.

Why the Jaces? He doesn't do anything here. They could prably be replaced by whipflare and other manlands.
