I've been working on this build for about a week now and would like to see if any changes should be made.

How 'bout Rancor instead of WaP due to lack of trample.
I was gonna suggest concordant crossroads, but then I read description. Other adds might include Mystical and Personal Tutor to tutor up that surge. I'm not sure of many other sorcery tutors, and Transmute only goes up to 9. Also you have O-ring twice.
With all the can-trips and rituals he probably should be able to get 3 mana pretty consistently (although I'm not sure).

Demonic tutor isn't in any standard legal sets, so its not standard legal. As for additions, Solemn simulacrum is good in Heartless Summoning decks.
Actually, he can, since he needs to pay 0 man produced by creatures. That being said, its certainly NOT broken. In fact, its quite unreliable since you have to get a Heartless Summoning to even be able to play it (meaning its a dead card most of time). Also, this is NOT standard (Demonic Tutor is restricted in vintage and banned in legacy).
Soul Warden should be a 4 of and Attendant should be at 3. They are functional reprints except for the fact that you can forget Attendants trigger (it's a may), and you will always get Warden's trigger.
It was made for modern. So it can't have ooze.
I'd add more Permanents with WW in their mana cost so that you get more tokens.

Maybe, but for someone with his curve, he should be running 24 or 23 not 20 (I mean for his deck not your's).
Revenge of the hunted is screaming to be put in this deck. Hell, you could probably run 3 or 4 if you wanted (due to Faithless Looting). It would superpump Blood Cultist and force blockers, thus making her even bigger! Any miracle card would go great though, especially with Noxious Revival and Faithless Looting.
