I am trying to build a Kaalia of The Vast non commander deck. I really like the card and haven't see one done yet so I thought I would give it a try. Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Obviously Kaalia is a bad chick summoning angels, demons, and dragons from your hand to the battlefield for free. That is my main idea with this deck to use her abilities to quickly get powerful creatures on the battlefield.Once Kaalia is out and attacking I am looking to send out Aurelia, the Warleader on the following turns I get a double attack phase which is potentially a huge win condition. While on the second attack phase it triggers Kaalia again and sends another creature out attacking. Herald of War and Rakdos Lord of Riots are important if Kaalia is killed quickly seeing as she has a small booty I need another way to get the bigger creatures out quicker.I added in 2 Siege Dragons for additional big flying attackers as well as being a wall buster and kills almost all tokens dealing 2 damage on each attack so all the zombis, goblins, and elves are not a big threat anymore.Avacyn Angel of Hope is a monster for this deck when she comes in I will have indestructible on Kaalia and all of my creatures then attacking will no longer be a danger for as long as the angel is on the board. She is not super easy to get rid of based on most burns will not be able to touch her single handedly.Any advice on beefing up defenses or running faster would be great. I feel that what I most need help with on this deck is the mana count I need to be able to play the cards I draw faster and be more consistent. you might take a turbo fog and ramp approach for the deck, so oyu can survive turns 1-4. From then on kaalia should sweept the skies with your opponent. Holyday is an option for that, any card draw that is black is also nice, you might as well play hand disruption, and maybe a cavern of souls to make your angels uncounterable would be of benefit. Do oyu want this to be a modern deck or just any type of deck?

It's mostly just a casual deck. I will have to look into adding the cards you mentioned. Like you mentioned the first few turns can be the difference a lot of times.
