Angelic Chorus and Boon Reflection are kind of overkill when your commander already gains you life per creature.
If you're using them to power out your Aetherflux Reservoir, make sure that your opponents can't keep it destroyed by running recursion like Eternal Witness and Seasons Past :)

There are definitely cards in here you want to optimize or straight up cut.
Easiest example is Plaguebearer: you're never going to pay that cost just to kill one creature.
7 mana to kill a 3-drop? Not happening.

Zombify could easily become Victimize or Stitch Together, or even Animate Dead.

Also, a card like Dark Ritual is often much better if it has a particular use, such as snowballing a Turn 1 play, or starting a combo. Here, it just feels like 1-turn ramp, at which point you could run a rock like Dimir Signet or Gilded Lotus.

You should run Farseek for ramp in any 3+ color deck, fetches your shocklands :)
Also, Nature's Lore and Sylvan Scrying are usually pretty good.

As for your flying problem:

Gravity Well
Spidersilk Armor
Akroma's Memorial
Silklash Spider
Commander Eesha
Dragonlord Dromoka / Atarka
Ulvenwald Hydra

Ah, Cara Mia...
Lots of fun to be had with landfall in Karametra (where is she, btw? You should have her in the sideboard), but your curve and your card draw could use some love.

Also, I'm not a fan of Banisher Priest-style removal; if they blow up your creature / enchantment, they get their annoying card back, and you're down one. Best to just remove the problem completely.

1) The first, and most important suggestion I'm going to give you, get a Cloudstone Curio.
If landfall is your game, that is the card that will break it. Every time you drop a land, bounce a land. After that, you just maximize the # of lands you can play a turn, and any landfall engine becomes bonkers. (Selesnya Sanctuary on its own can offer repeat landfall triggers)

2) If you're supremely dedicated to that strategy, you can push it even further by getting a Crucible of Worlds, and combining it with cards like Myriad Landscape, Krosan Verge, Evolving Wilds and Terramorphic Expanse. You'll ramp faster than you can play spells.

3) And in WG, you also have access to Knight of the Reliquary, which lets you fetch all your powerhouse nonbasic lands at the cost of the basics Karametra is pulling for you. With Crucible, you can get those back too, and the end result is a perfect mana base with a powerhouse Knight ready to swing for dmg.

4) ...which leads to the elephant in the room: Draw.
You need more.

Right now you have some bad options in there. Seer's Sundial and Collective Unconsious are inefficient options compared to what you could be running.
- Soul's Majesty
- Harmonize
- Mind's Eye
- Sylvan Library
- Selvala, Explorer Returned
- Garruk's Packleader
- Garruk's Horde
- Elemental Bond
- Evolutionary Leap
- Greater Good
- Momentous Fall
- Life's Legacy
- Ajani, Mentor of Heroes
- Garruk, Primal Hunter

You can run off-color fetches if you like, though the value of them is more impactful with a Top or a Future Sight in play than just for the deck thinning (with the exception of Landfall).

Interesting approach going for walls and theft, but, while your curve suggests you should be fine to play your bombs, there are a few cards I'm surprised you're not running. I guess the most important question I have is whether this list is meant more for 1v1 play or multiplayer.

Also, I don't think that Colossus of Akros is really a great fit for your deck. It has some uses, but not by hard-casting it. If large value creatures are a concern for you, maybe I'll have a good replacement idea for you below.

Regarding card options:
- Sphinx's Tutelage would be the top of that list, giving you free value for drawing cards.
- Memory Erosion is similar, milling opponents 2 for each of their casts (Forced Fruition also comes to mind here)
- Thousand-Year Elixir just ensures that you can mill as soon as you play a creature (not to mention the Tree)
- Duskmantle Guildmage is a great alt-wincon. If the mill doesn't do it, the lifeloss will. Great combo with boardwipes or against GY shenanigans
- Mesmeric Orb, Dreamborn Mus, Nemesis of Reason, Oona Queen of the Fae...

There are some good value creatures like Wight of Precinct Six or Mortivore as well that play for cheap but get huge from mill.
In general, I'd suggest you check this out and see if there's stuff there you like

so since I tried my hand at X-spell Mizzix, and also because I'm not exactly a competitive player, take my commentary with a grain of salt :)

Some basic thoughts:
1) Mizzix is supposed to ramp you by reducing colorless costs. One approach (my preference) is to maximize that and supply as much colored mana as possible. The only reason I can see to bank on cards like Jace's Sanctum / Electromancer / Seal of the Guildpact is if she's getting removed often - in which case, I might suggest an even heavier protection+countermagic suite.

2) If a big X-Draw spell is what you're looking for, I might suggest Mind Spring over Prosperity. No point in just giving your opponents fuel to break your combos.

3) Reiterate is a great spell for storm... :P

4.1) In general, I think to shape this deck, you need to have an idea what your ideal Storm combo(s) are. Pick the few cards required to make it happen / the cards you want to "go off", and then build around those. You have many interesting pieces listed, but the synergies between them seem low to me
- Sphinx's Tutelage: alt win-con?
- Staff of Dominion: this card is a mana sink, but your deck isn't exploding with rituals

4.2) To really hammer the last point home, if you drew Mystical Tutor or Firemind's Foresight, what would you instantly know to fetch? If this is a competitive deck, I think you should have a very specific answer to this, and it should likely be enough to win the game.

5) I've always been a fan of Terrain Generator and other land ramping effects when playing outside Green (Walking Atlas comes to mind), and since we're talking competitive, Boseju is a definite include for this kind of deck.

6) ...where's that Rhystic Study at?
