I know that there are better cards in the Modern format for basically every spell and non-basic land but I'm trying to stick the dragon theme. So deck is semi-casual but with the proper cards could b competitive. Any thoughts & comments on the deck are always appreciated.

Just to be clear, you are aware that those Planeswalkers are not dragons, right?You might want to change your tags. ''Ugin'' + ''Bolas'' would attract more attention as tags than ''Ugin & Bolas''.I wouldn't say that they are ''better'' cards for modern. Remember that ''objectively better'' doesn't matter. What matters is ''better for this deck''. You have enough dragon to abuse dragon related spells and abusing the dragon spells is a reason in of itself to play a lot of dragons.

Yes I know they aren't dragons but they are the only dragon planeswalkers which at least aesthetically fits the theme of the deck.I thought they would play well late game Ugin: pro-me/Bolas:anti-opponent. Plus I wanted to include their rivalry across the ktk-dtk blocks, I thought it would be cool.Thank you I changed the tags. I don't usually use them for having ppl look them up. I mainly build decks on this site b4 purchase irl to get a basic idea of it if I don't have the cards on hand.You're completely right and very insightful, I was trying to go for that. Sadly I don't know a lot about dragon. You might want to check out the mega morph dragons from the Khans. They might serve as a good alternate strategy or side deck. I don't have anything else to propose.Remove Skithiryx. You should never EVER splash infect. Infect is something you should either go all-in or all-out. Their is no inbetween.
Thanks for the advice I checked out those dragons, but they just don't seem to be worth their cost unfortunately.I took out Skithiryx and threw another goblin in there.Once again thanks for your advice and time I appreciate it Cheaphunter.

They just don't seem cost efficient for what they do, in comparison to the ones I already have ya know.I am currently working on a Scion of the Ur-Dragon EDH and will have some of the ones you suggested in.
