Nice deck. What about splashing blue and add Jace's Erasure, and Jace's Archivist? I think it will increase the tempo

A sideboard option could be Mercy Killing. Then you can finish off the fatties in reanimator (exempt Iona). Also, why no warcaller?

Haven't read all the comments, but Gaea's Cradle sounds like a good choice. Maybe a crop rotation to fetch it with?

Thanks! My dilemma is Pain's Reward vs Plunge into Darkness. Who do you think is best?

Also im considering Gather the Townsfolk From the new Dark Ascension. But i really dont know what it should replace.

For sideboard you can use Mercy killing. Then you can counter Blazing Archon at least :)

Like all of you i've tried a few draws, and gotten loads of first turn kills. What i don't understand is how this deck can work so well?.... There's just 6 possible combo cards, and in my mind the chance for getting one of theese cards in your opening hand (or first draw) should be slim.

also like most combo decks: Thoughtseize and surgucal extraction or a well placed force of will (or any first turn counterspells) can render this deck dead :)

Anyway! Great job! awesome deck!

Blazing Archon on the other hand is a better option

i've thought about stormtide leviathan myself, but that kinda screw's up my own creatures aswell since i will need islandwalk or flying to attack

How does this deck fare vs aggro decks? do you have time to get your mana ramp up?

I'll try a few matches with dismember and see how it works! :)

But still, you have to agree that there is a certain possibility that Hypergenesis will backfire if you have too few creatures. Lets say you do your combo in round one or 2. You get out an emrakul, but your opponent gets out 5 creatures. He's next swing could prove lethal. A well placed forced sac would also be devastating (eks. gatekeeper of malakir).

The plan is to use firesprout vs theese fast decks . Ive wonderd about putting in some Force of wills, but their kinda exspensive, and as of yet I have not tested it in this deck. My fear was that i had too few blue cards to discard.

"Your creatures are generally worse than mine" agreed! i tried proxing more emrakuls/ progenitus, but just got frustraded when i drew more of the same legendary cards. With this setup i have a really big chanse of getting all my creatures out. The vexing shushers ive found works great against ppl who play heavy control decks that takes some time to work. if i cascade into it, thats fine. If i never cascade into hypergenesis i will just have to hard cast it from my hand. Also, since i play with 11 cascade cards, getting of multiple cascades is usually no problem. Hellkite has no protection: True but neither has angel of despair, Sundering Titan or Jin. Iona is there to protect them :). I agree, It that Betrays sux, im currently trying to replace him with another Jin. Im also thinking about adding more SSG/ESG. Ravenous Trap is kinda random. I just have it there because a friend of mine at my local gaming store plays Dredge, Any replacement ideas?
