On the issue of reverberate and Channel...
they are great when used it decks that use spells like Fireblast, X damage spells, or really any other expensive spell.

After looking at the deck, this is what I think it needs:

More 1 cc creatures.
20 lands or less
some sort of creature removal
4 Honor of the Pure

Use "Duress" or "Thoughtseize". Both are great turn one hand disruption. Thoughtseize is expensive, so I'd stick with Duress (it's from M11).

I feel like that combo can help me combat a Jace. Although, good ol' fashion burn will probably work just as well, if not better.

No problem. Squee/Horror combos really well with any discard to allow you to do it each turn.

Pretty nice deck. The tutors don't seem to fit though. You don't really have much you ALWAYS have to have.

You need some disruption. All of these creatures just to pump a beetle that can be easily nullified or bounced or killed rather easily is kinda pointless.

Lands:
Cut the Emeria's at best you can use the ability by turn 6 and that is only with Endless horizons in play turn 8 or later will be your norm.

Go to 20 Plains and nothing else for your lands. Almost nothing that comes into play tapped is worth ever using.

Creatures:
Cut some of your more expensive angels for cheaper creatures
You probably want to have around 8 or more turn 1 drops, especially creatures. You have none.

Removal/Control
Cut Mass Calcify, it's too expensive.

Unmake is probably not worth using in a white deck.

Run 4 Swords for creature removal and run a little extra for other problems you might find.

Its slow but it looks pretty neat.

Minor Update. Changed some of the numbers on cards, Moved Dashed hopes to Sideboard and added Brain Gorgers and a Bloodghast.

Take a look at Night Soil. it might be something to consider for either the main deck or at least a sideboard against graveyard manipulation.
