When the red/blue commander pack was released, i decided to rebuild my long lost firemind commander. It was the first commander i built from scratch and it was very slow. Turns out spinning your hand is a bit faster and screws with your opponents!
Make sure niv-mizzet is on the field and draw into more help. The gorgons head helps clear the field and is temporary til i get my hands on a basilisk collar!Got the collar!

I have a curiosity, and had that along with ophidian eye in my original build way back, but this time i wanted to stay away from combos of that sort.
Okay, you should still take a look at that deck.
Very similar style to my original build, only i didnt have the good cards back then so it was alot of basic damage spells and crappy creatures. Looks mean!
It really is, it can beat most of my other friends' commanders fairly reliably, the only person it hasn't beaten is Haloshark, but that's because his decks are ascendant.
