This deck's primary focus is to drain health from your opponent, and steal that life to make it your own. Another main focus of the deck is to force your opponents to make decisions that hurts them in one way or the other (Teysa, Norn's Annex, Souls of the Faultless, etc). Also, if your creatures die/get discarded, there are ways to get them back.
Force your opponents to make decisions that will hurt them in one way or the other, while draining their life and gaining some of your own. Also, the Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood combo is a nice way to steal some life. With some control spells, you can keep those pesky huge creatures from crushing you, and building your advantage to swing for the kill.
