I'm building something similar with Necroskitter and I found that you don't really want to use Mikaeus, the Unhallowed because of his tendancy to give the creatures you stole back, bigger.

I did'nt realize that, I should have read the card better. I assumed it would come back under my control. I replaced it with Kulrath Knight.

You could definitely use a sacrifice engine with grave pact, melira, kitchen finks, and blood artist. Something that has no cost like vicera Seer.
