This is a prototype of a casual/vintage vampire tribal deck I'm working on with some Vampire/lifelink/+1 counters synergy, the Exquisite Blood/Sanguine Bond combo, and the Dark Depths/Vampire Hexmage combo.
If you're feeling like a real asshole, wait till you draw either a Vampire Hexmage or the Dark Depths, then Tutor for the other part of the combo. Sac the Hexmage to remove all the Ice counters from Dark Depths, and wham, instant indestructible 20/20 flyer. Possibly on turn two if you're lucky with your first hand. Otherwise pop out Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood, then do even one point of damage (Pulse Tracker), or gain even one point of life (Akoum Refuge) and you set off an infinite life gain (for you) and life loss (for them) chain reaction. If you don't draw any of that, then just beat them down with flying fangy bastards who get bigger (Coat of Arms, Stromkirk Captain, Rakish Heir, Vampire Nocturnus), steal their best creatures (Captivating Vampire, Olivia), and kill their blockers (Feast of Blood, Urge to Feed).
