Deck discussion for Flying Specter Unblockable Rat

Specter is a no go in here.

Would add 2 or 3 Nevinyrral's Disk...for artifact/enchantment hate.

Besides that, this looks like a damn good start!
I suck at making black decks, so wish I could suggest more!

He Jessie thanks for comment. However why no for the spectre? Between this the mono U and the Dimir deck I was hoping to get something playable purely because I wanted to play specter.

My idea here is prowlers helm to get specter through ( or anyone into Ink-eyes). Rogue gloves here for draw as well.

Okay, you want a way to play Nightveil Specter...okay, here is how.

(It does work awesome with Devotion, fyi, and Gray.)

Do not play lands. Exile their lands, and play them.
See what I mean. If you have a land in your hand, do not play it UNTIL after you Exile their top card, and if it is a land, you play it.
That is the way.

Chromatic Lantern and mana producers like Alloy Myr.

And stuff like Temporal Spring....or better yet, try this crap out: Totally Lost.
You see the greatness there?
You bounce their best card and put it on top of their library, right?
Now, when you attack with Specter you will have the chance to play their best card!

Memory Lapse. Same deal. Counter their spell, put it on top of their deck, and attack with Specter, and you get a chance to play that spell you countered.

Hinder, same thing.

Fallow Earth, right? Uproot, right? Plow Under, right?
Return their land to the top of their library, attack with Specter, now you play their land on your side.

Vanishment.

Temporal Eddy

Stuff like that.
