This deck is basically a colorless deck that allows the user to sweep the opponent away without the need or worry about finding the right colors for the right combo.
There are a lot of different ways to play this deck, but in my opinion the best way to do it is to try and get all the Mana Myr onto the field and almost instantly have them destroyed. You then take the Myr Welder and begin exiling them all. After that, the goal is to get Darksteel Forge on the field to make everything indestructible. Once all artifacts are indestructible, the best goal is to get the Etched Monstrosity onto the field and use the Myr Welder to take off his -1/-1 counters off. At this point, you have a 10/10 creature that's indestructible and you can just begin to attach different artifacts to it to give it a ton of abilities. If you can get Ugin out at the same time and get the -10 ability, you can very easily get all of the artifacts on the field that you need to make the game a blowout.
