Update:

Found a better opening / draw combo:

Opening Hand:
1. Forest
2. Forest
3. Stony Strength
4. Incubation Druid
5. Leyline of Abundance
6. Leyline of Abundance
7. Leyline of Abundance

Turn 1, Draw Stony Strength, Put all 3 Leylines on the field. Play Forest, End Turn
Turn 2, Draw Stony Strength, Play Forest, cast Incubation Druid.
Turn 3, Draw Finale of Destruction, Generate massive mana:

Tap Incubation Druid for 1 + 3 from leylines
Spend 1 to cast first Stony Strength, untapping Incubation Druid
Tap Incubation Druid for 3 + 3 from leylines
Spend 1 to cast second Stony Strength, untapping Incubation Druid
Tap Incubation Druid for 3 + 3 from leylines
Spend 1 to cast third Stony Strength, untapping Incubation Druid.
Tap Incubation Druid one last time for 3 + 3 from leylines
Tap both forests, at this point you have 21 floating green mana. Cast Finale of Destruction with X = 19, find Impervious Greatwurm, it gets +19/+19 and Haste. Swing for 35 damage on turn 3.

Might look at prismatic omen for an easy color fix

as far as a fix anything that gives at least 1 toughness will keep him alive Helm of the Gods is cheap and would work here

I'd recommend an Astral Cornucopia play it for 0 and use energy chamber / coretapper to start stacking charges on it for massive mana gains

Wouldn't Psychosis Crawler be sent to the graveyard as a state based action after the end of turn effect from Psychic Vortex resolves? You would have 0 cards in hand thus his toughness would be 0, even if you draw 7 cards with Jin-Gixatias the crawler would still have been sent to the graveyard

I was actually talking about the Darksteel Forge, https://www.mtgvault.com/card/darksteel-forge/M14/

If you REALLY want to make your opponents bang their heads against the deck I'd recommend a Darksteel forge and Padeem, Consul of Innovation, give YOUR artifacts indestructible and hexproof

I like the lock down concept here, but whats the win condition? 1 Creature, and Black vise are the only damage output, if you are hoping to mill your opponents this deck with just turn it into an extremely long game and give your opponents a chance to react to some of your key parts.

Aside from adding a win condition, you should bump the number of Psychic Spirals to at least 2, this way you can shuffle the ones you've already played back into your library

Yeah after play testing a bit I removed the quests first thing. Fabricate went in its place fast.

Thought about Patrol Signaler? The tokens would help boost Borderguard

Not currently, I could speed it up a bit, but all I was going for was the reaction on the opponents face

Looks like a really fun deck, I would love to play against it. If I might make a couple suggestions
Oloro is really expensive, and a lot of cards are focused on trying to get it out, I would replace those with some cheaper enchantments, Market festival, verdant haven, or elvish guidance can mana ramp really fast, add in arbor elves and you can produce a lot of mana really fast. While it doesn't slow down your opponents like Oloro, it will put the pressure on a lot faster.
Yawgmoth's Bargain would allow for infinite draws with Horizon Chimera, and of course a Spellbook or Reliquary Tower are always nice in draw decks
Archmage Ascension would allow for searching really easily with this deck

Thought of trying out some instants to add power to target creature? Giant growth type cards would be quick and cheap to get you a few more elementals out with mastery. I don't think you'd need to but you could also use sundial of the infinite to save your elementals from being removed.

I think a Cellar door or two could be fun against a deck heavy in creatures, mill from the bottom of your opponents library and potentially trigger your altar as well.
