Deck discussion for No.

Remand would combo with the scepter nicely once you get one of your 'can't cast more than one spell per turn' cards on the field,
also snapcaster might not work so well with the aforementioned effect so maybe drop him?

Huh... That's actually pretty awesome. I think I'll add a few remands. Your right about the Snapcasters. Maybe I should add Call to Mind or Archeomancer instead :D?

I also just realized I don't really have a definite win condition except for bashing with tiny ass creatures. Great.

EDIT: And Jace Ult.

Yeah I was going to say about win condition then I realised Jace's Ult; I thought that's why you had so many, so you could guarantee activating it.
You could always add Lab Maniac if you really want.

noxious revival and your many draw effects may let you reuse your oriss or silence. Also, an early gitaxian probe and lantern of insight may let you know exactly when you need to silence them :D

Omg.... This is such a good idea but I don't know what to remove ;_;...

Ethersworn canonist will work a bit against noxious revival, so it's possible to remove it. Grand abolisher is sort of also a weak version of the oris/silence/render package and might leave some room for the other cards if removed too. Test each version of the deck just to be sure if it works as intended :D
