I like it. I seriously considered splashing red into my mono white humans almost solely because of Tajic. Still might :) my only other suggestion is (and this is without knowing how you mean to play this deck) to get a few more lower cost creatures and spells in there as your curve is pretty high. . Boros charm seems like it should be in there and champion of the parish as well.
Again, depending on how seriously you'd be playing this, and how much money you wanna spend on it I'd say swap the guildgates and the wind scarred crags for sacred foundrys or battlefield forges or clifftop retreats

the goal of this deck is to overwhelm my opponent with the destructive force of humans
so pretty much aggro
if youre looking to swarm then yea id suggest using some more one and two drops to help flood the board quicker
