Consider Dropping:
(-) Whip of Erebos: It's a good card, but the fact that it exiles the creature afterwards is a huge downside for a Karador deck.
(-) Abzan Ascendancy: the token generation part is useful with Teysa and Dictate of Erebos, but I don't see much point in keeping it...
(-) Armada Wurm: I understand the appeal of two big d-*cof* Wurms as beatsticks, but idk, they seem out of place.
(-) Blood Artist: Do you really need him here? Lifegain is good and all (look who's talking), but I think you can make better use of the space (ramping for 2 mana with a Rampant Growth, for instance)
(-) Gaea's Blessing: Hell, it was me who suggested this card... but since we haven't been playing against milling decks anymore, I believe you could move it to the sideboard with no problems.
(-) Diabolic Revelation: I believe you have already removed this one, but I will say it again: Very cost ineffective, I hate this card. I'd rather use something as Increasing Ambition (<3)

More Self-mill:
(+) Mulch: Excellent in the early game when you need land cards.
(+) Grapple with the Past: can get you back a land you milled accidentally.
(++) Satyr Wayfinder: really good in the early game.

Return from the Gravy
(++) Corpse Connoisseur: His cmc is bad, but since he is Entomb on a stick and you can use his effect multiple times, I think you should consider it.
(++) Wake the Dead: Solid combat trick and the mandatory sacrifice won't probably be an issue (specially if you bring something such as Karmic Guide or Phyrexian Delver)
(+) Phyrexian Delver: since it's EDH, the lifeloss shouldn't be much of an issue.
(?) Reya Dawnbringer: might be worth considering, since she keeps the pressure on.
(?) Moldgraf Monstrosity: 8/8 trampler for 4GGG isn't bad... and it has really high synergy with cards such as Wake the Dead or some sac outlets.
(?) Pyrrhic Revival: might be interesting, but could be troublesome against some other reanimator decks...

ELDRITCH MOON COSMIC POWEEEER *bling* *bling* *bling*, MAKE UUUP!! (AHAHAAH)
(+) Eldritch Evolution: Oh the things this card can do...

Alesha sends her regards (one of Ryx's signature cards, I'd say):
(+) Magister of Worth: always easy to predict which mode will be chosen at each time... Considering it is a creature, it might be better than Duneblast or even Rout for your deck.

I believe you are already using these ones, but...
(+) Behold the Beyond: Really strong tutor and the discard part can also make itself pretty useful
(?) Creeping Dread: As a discard outlet and annoyance for the opponents it's ok, but I think there are better things you could use.
(+++) Ever After: AAWN <3.
(++) Traverse the Ulvenwald: Great tutor.
(++) Deadbridge Chant: mills once and returns things to you every turn.
(++) Selfless Spirit: Karador's Best Friend since he can protect him and be brought back next turn.

Other stuff:
(+) Primal Druid: Replaces Viridian Emissary (since she's much prettier HAHAHA). (well, if you decide to use Pyrric Revival, the Emissary would be better... :/)
(?) Dimir Machinations: Just for the Transmute mechanic, since it's a cheap tutor. You could use him to get a Cultivate, Buried Alive, etc.
(?) Far Wonderings: Amazing in decks that hit the Threshold quickly.
(?) See the Unwritten: I really like this card and considering the quality level of your creatures it will most probably make quite the splash, but it is still a gamble.
(?) Infernal Offering: If it wasn't for the draw part I'd 100% recommend this card, but giving cards to opponents is too risky imo.
(?) Shriekmaw: The evoke cost is pretty neat, specially considering Karador allows you to cast him for the evoke cost from the graveyard
(?) Scouting Trek: Might be useful in the early game or if you already have the cards you need in hand, just need to draw some mana.

(I would reduce the usage of G to the bare minimum since it kinda breaks the flavor of the deck, but that is just me :x.)

I'M SURE YOU CONSIDERED, BUT...
Thassa, God of the Sea
Bident of Thassa

FLAVORFUL, BUT NOT VERY USEFUL
Keiga, the Tide Star
Simic Sky Swallower

DRAW CARDS
Mulldrifter (a blocker and draw 2 for 4U or simply a draw 2 for 2U)
Slithermuse (possibly a big draw for 3U)

BOUNCE
Time Ebb (sorcery 2U) / Griptide (instant 3U)
Vapor Snag
Echoing Truth (against token-based strategies)
Devastation Tide (for the Miracle cost)
Void Stalker ("removal")
Tidespout Tyrant
Harbinger of the Tides
Vortex Elemental (flavorful and useful)

OTHER CARDS
Trench Gorger (can eliminate/reduce land draws in the late game)
Quicksilver Fountain (might be fun [FLOOD THE LANDS])
Tidal Force (tap a permanent every upkeep)

IF YOU WERE TO USE SOME COUNTERS (not saying you should)
Guile (actually could see some use even without counters since it has a better Menace) + Erayo's Essence (Kinda expensive, but...)

SULTAI (sadly)
Torrent Elemental

AZORIUS (sadly)
Roil Spout

Regal Force
Sun Titan(?)
Surrak, the Hunt Caller(?)

THE EMPRESS
Emmara Tandris
Karametra, God of Harvests (Hierophant?)
Sigarda, Host of Herons
Titania, Protector of Argoth
Wren's Run Packmaster

THE CHARIOT
Cloudthresher
Craterhoof Behemoth
Blazing Archon
Meglonoth
Meandering Towershell
Krond the Dawn-Clad (Justice? Strenght?)
Stampeding Elk Herd
Timbermare / Thundermare

THE HIEROPHANT
Scion of Vitu-Ghazi
Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts / Teysa, Orzhov Scion

STRENGTH
Akroma (any version, really)
Baneslayer Angel

JUSTICE
Dawnbreak Reclaimer
Balance
Restore Balance
Vengeful Archon
(maybe a flip or double-faced card)

THE TOWER
Ruination Wurm
Rumbling Slum
Ruric Thar, the Unbowed
Thraben Sentry | Thraben Militia (double-faced...)
Wild Celebrants
Zhur-Taa Ancient

DEATH
Sylvan Primordial (? Renovation through destruction and rebirth)
Tornado Elemental (unavoidable...)

I would remove:
- (2-4) Dragon Egg (they are kinda silly imo)
- (2-4) Archwing Dragon
- (4-6) Savage Punch
- (4) Voyaging Satyr (not thematic enough for me hahaha)

Suggestions:
(Here comes Atarka!):
? Sarkhan's Triumph (draconic tutor)

Dragon food/Small guys:
? Scuzzback Scrapper (Wither is also useful if you need to use him as a blocker)
? Viridian Emissary (gives you a land upon death)
? Dragon Fodder (kinda meh, but hey, they could work)

Dragons!:
? Kilnmouth Dragon (7 mana might seem a bit too much, but he's easily an 8/8 creature with tap: lighting bolt)
? Frontier Siege (Extra GG every turn or fight trigger when flying creature comes into play)
? Crucible of Fire (dragons you control get +3/+3)
? Hunted Dragon (the downside isn't a very big downside considering the knights you just gave your opponent do not have reach...)
? Mordant Dragon (may also read: "whenever it deals damage to an opponent, kill a creature that opponent controls")
? Predator Dragon (Devour 2)
? Shockmaw Dragon (aka goodbye small creatures)
? Tyrant of Valakut (if you manage to cast it via Surge, he's quite powerful)
? Warmonger Hellkite (forces everyone to attack... and also can buff all your creatures)

Stretching theme:
? Barrage of Boulders (kills small creatures and makes your creatures unblockable for the turn!!!)
? Mul Daya Channelers (they seem kinda draconic to me)
? Whisperer of the Wilds (might generate GG. Seems willingly to be eaten, also)
? Soulbright Flamekin (once you give trample to 3 dragons, it gives you mana for the fireball ò_o)
? Seismic Spike (destroy target land and refund RR from the cost)

Thematic, but might not be very useful:
? Time to Feed / Tail Slash (thematic alternative to Savage Punch. Tail slash is actually a worse Fall of the Hammer)
? Explosive Vegetation (gives you 2 extra mana, but they ETB tapped and it costs you 4 mana to do so...)
? Dragon Whisperer (Henrique has one, if I'm not mistaken. 4/4 dragon for 6 mana whenever needed)
? Dragonstorm (kinda stinks just because it's a sorcery... Storm could be great otherwise)
? Banefire (Uncounterable Fireball)
? Crater's Claws (Fireball + 2 damage)
Clan Defiance (Fireball with up to 3 different targets for an extra G)
? Wild Slash (Unpreventable Shock)

Not thematic, but might be useful:
? Fertile Ground / Overgrowth / Sheltered Aerie (enchant land for extra mana)
? Druids' Repository (chargeable mana battery. Attacking charges it.)
? Battle Hymn (R for each creature you control)
? Pyretic Ritual (RRR for 1R)
? Infernal Plunge (might actually work well with Dragon Eggs)

Kinda expensive:
? Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker (+1 dragon beatstick, -3 kills annoying stuff, -6 makes you draw 3 per turn, at the cost of discarding your hand at the end)
? Utvara Hellkite (gives you a 6/6 dragon whenever a dragon you control attacks).
? Moonveil Dragon (buffs all your creatures)
? Scourge of Valkas (Dragon Tempest built in)

Expensive:
? Sarkhan Vol
? Dragon Broodmother (cute as hell, tho)
? Preyseizer Dragon (a better Predator Dragon)

Harmonic Sliver instead of Acidic Slime maybe?
Fierce Empath (I suggested this one before, IDK if you have seen it)
Immortal Servitude?
Graveblade Marauder?
Grasp of Fate? (pricey, but...)
Archfiend of Depravity?
Urborg Justice?
Maybe a Planar Cleansing instead of Rout?
I don't like Diabolic revelation too much (I find it cost inefficient... but probably it's just me).

Thanks for the comment, I'm glad you enjoyed the idea. :) I think suspend is a fun mechanic to play with.

And I agree red has more speed up options, along with some good creatures and damaging spells, but I really wanted to build an Esper deck, so I restricted myself to U/B/W at this time. Maybe in the future I'll make an Izzet one (probably splashing white so I can use Dust of Moments because I love the artwork hahaha).
