Maybe Shrivel or Nausea for a quick drop that would kill a good chunk of the creatures in there or Engineered Plague. Infest might work too.
Maybe add black sun zenith or damnation to open the field a bit. You could also try adding Avatar of Discord for added speed.
I like it! As for Will-O-Wisp try out maybe Stromkirk Noble since he can grab +1/+1 counters pretty well.

I would take out Unsummon for Vapor Snag (same thing but also does 1 damage to the opponent). Also, summoner's bane seems a little costly for countering a creature even with the 2/2. I would take those out, but its up to you. I think some drawing would help you out so you could add some preordains or ponders (Brainstorms if you have them), the faster you get the unreals the better. Gossamer phantasm seems like a decent card that could be added too, if you have the room. Cancel seems pointless since it won't prevent your creatures from dying since they are already targeted and mana leak seems like enough counter for such a fast deck, unless you wana go counterspell which can be annoying to other. Phantasmal dragon would also play a good role here since a 5/5 with flying is pretty nice. If you do decide to binge a little 2 Images would be a great addition.
Tempered Steel is a very nice part of my deck so I don't want to change colors suddenly or add another and lower the chances of me getting enough white mana. Both of those cards make copies of Galvanizer which can also be done by: Mirrorworks Myr Welder (if Galvanizer dies) Thank you for the input though!

Deleted the SB because it was a mess.
I agree with the Holy Day idea, I just forgot about that card originally. I think Giant Growth is better though since it is a one drop, but that is just me.

Huh, I think that is an interesting idea, I might go ahead and try that. Also, since i do understand how amazing Steel overseer is I'll work on getting my hands on two and adding them to this deck.
I disagree that DoJ is a complete shut down, Myr Resovoir allows a nice recovery from it.
It would be amazing as a correction, but the price is a huge turn off for me. (In terms of money). I'll try and work them into the budget though.

I'm not sure how a combination of 10-20 myrs with +3/+3 (minimum), double strike and life link isn't a win condition... I agree about origin spellbomb, I was skeptical about putting it in myself so I'll look into decimator web and some other good artifacts.
