Try to strip opponents hand of the most useful items.Otherwise let him sacrifice or destroy the few threads he was able to cast.If needed, hinder him with Tangle Wire and winter orb, by now he should hate u.And afterwards finish him with either sorin(slow), foraken wastes(even more so) or guiltfeeder(sudden death)
