Deck discussion for Resurrectio™

This is cool. I should try to build a deck around this. I would like to see my opponent's annoyed face. XD

You can also turn this in to two-colored unearth deck.

Are you sure that Bladewing's Thrall / Changeling could work?
Haakon + Nameless Inversion is just unfair.
The unearth creatures here is so good.

Do these creatures ever die?

Yes Changeling Works. If you have Amoeboid changeling in play and an opponent cast a creature, you can turn that creature into dragon and still reanimate Bladwing's Thrall. That's kinda' cheating isn't it?

Haakon + Namless inverison is really unfair.

And yes, they still die, sometimes.

Clever cleaver cuts contestants completely... :-O
Again... and again, you've designed a deck with a passion to slaughter your opponents. Its uncanny...

- 1 rotting rats
- 2 blightning
- 2 shambling remains

+ 4 dark ritual
+ 1 buried alive

Just my humble opinion , a first turn buried alive would quicken the pace a lot. Graveborn / Buried alive decks tend to lose if there isn't a win within the first 4 rounds ( opponents either get their combos or overwhelm you with their armies) ... Also 20 lands is on the lower side , especially without any mana ramp.

The different themed buried alive is warmly ( or grave coldly?) welcomed to the family, good work !

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll definitely look into that. But the I'm not planning to add 1 more Buried alive, I use Intuition as my other kinda 'Buried Alive' card. Because Intuition can let me tutor a card that I really need, even if it's not a creature card. And about the dark ritual, I use to have those in the deck, but there are really times when you draw them late on the game, they end up being a burden. But I will always consider Dark Ritual as a good sub and playtest it from time to time.
Thanks for the thoughts/ideas, it really helped me.
Thanks vidrald!~

This is probably one of the only "re-animator" type decks that I actually like haha most ppl choose to bury big creatures that have no synergy w/ the deck whatsoever. Also he's a little expensive to cast but have you considered using a Cairn Wanderer or two. Shapeshifter that gains tons of potentially good abilities. idk how well it'd fit in this deck. Obviously you've got things pretty down pact here haha just throwin it out there

Thanks. Cairn Wanderer is really good, but the other creatures I got doesn't have good attributes for the Cairn Wanderer to copy. But thanks for the good idea. ^^,

Nameless Inversion is a Changeling Tribal Spell. That means, it can also be a Knight Spell. That makes the unlimited usage when Haakon's on the board. Thanks btw.

This really is tournament quality. Looks like it can win in so many ways. Haakon and Nameless Inversion is wicked, I really like all these tricks you are sharing with us :)
I wouldn't change much here. What I would do is replace Damnation with Killing Wave. I always found it more effective because any way it goes, you win.

I love how annoying this deck looks. Great control with the Namless Inversion trick (I've seen it done similarly in other decks) and your creatures just. Don't. Stay. DEAD! Most creature control decks would have a very hard time keeping up with the reanimation, and moving stuff directly from the deck to the graveyard is always great in, especially when you exploit the right creatures!

One question:

Why no Demigod of Revenge? You must have considered that card.

I would appreciate some comments on my decks. I just created an account here two days ago and two of them are already looking like they may be front page material judging by the comments. I just need more people!

http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=381549 - Fat Fat Fatty, based around cheating out the biggest most unfair creatures and big creature combos in the game. It wins in multiplayer. Lots. 10 points to whoever suggests the best 40th creature card for the side deck, and I'm challenging people to build similar decks here. - http://forums.mtgvault.com/showthread.php?t=7276

http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=381605 - A combo (not infinite) deck that can wipe a multiplayer table just by declaring one attacker, your creatures don't even have to deal combat damage, the table dies during the declare attackers phase. Also has insane lifegain and card draw given the proper card combos.

I have other great decks too, but those two are my most popular, please check em' out!

Thanks Beowulf! Already considered Demigod of Revenge. But I need to cast one of them manually, so I decided to not include them. I'll check your decks out !!~
