I might suggest curse of the bloody tome for more consistent milling, and maybe splashing black or red for removal spells since it looks like a turn one delver or fast affinity hand demolishes your deck.

What do you think about adding some creatures that have "when this dies, draw a card"? For instance, "Palace Familiar" I believe was common. There were others that were standard a little while ago, "Youthful Scholar" etc. Chump blockers to buy time and draw cards.
