This is a budget deck with a powerful synergy revolving around the only two somewhat expensive cards: Phyrexian and Ashnod's Altar (plus the commander, some enchantments and his froggy).
Using low-cost enchantments and enchantress support ("whenever you cast an enchantment, draw a card"), we're able to create our froggy, then sacrifice it to an altar for mana, creating a chain of sacrifices, mana, drawing, playing and froggies.As long as you have enchantments and mana open, you can keep the loop going. Beef up your commander, make him unblockable (or close to it) and attack!
