my standard deck beats this, no offense.

honestly goblin electromancers, the guildpact, and nullify's are crap in this deck nullifys especially with only 4 dual lands, run vents and epiphanys and then maybe
no mana confluence, shivan reef is better for this deck
Personally, i like the quicken azorius control deck with instant speed verdict.

Gary doesn't work that well in a 20 land deck
Perhaps switch out some of the lands for mutivaults?
honestly, there is way too much land for such little card draw. you probably will draw land and become screwed.
take out cremates, boons, glees and throw in tormented hero, and mogis marauders
Elixirs, counterflux, guttersnipes...
I say take out the prescient chimera's. theyre way too weak and slow for your purpose
If you're playing against a deck that can either counter or downfall your creatures in response to the devotion trigger you'd probably get screwed.
add quickens or some lower cost instant to draw a card
get rid of that oppurtunity lol
get rid of those elvish mystics and throw in spark jolts or something
the point of this deck was to attempt at making a cheap mill deck, i havnt had time to fill in the description yet
replace slitherheads with either gravecrawlers or deathrite shamans
Varolz + Slumbering dragon= awesome
