The general plan is to hold 'em off with counter-magic, mass removal, and spot removal until you get over 8 lands. Put down and Angel of Serenity or and Aetherling and finish it. Alchemist's Refuge makes this really easy as you can just sit with removal and counter spells until your opponent passes the turn. At which point you flash in an Angel, Thragtusk, or Aetherling--also works really good with board wipes. Let me know what you think. Any suggestions are more than welcome. Cheers!
