I'm trying to do several things here, one, make it more painful for the enemy to attack me than it is for me to take a hit. Example: blocking with souls of the faultless makes being attacked into a way to gain life. Two, make unblock-able creatures who have lifelink. Three, create defenses that are offensive, in other words use effects like Teysa EoG to cause opponents to pay a high, high price for doing damage to me.
