Dimir all the way! i really feel like rounding out all the guilds with decks now that i've come this far. Plus, a deck built around Circu is so wrong it feels... right
essentially mill till you get a finisher like circu or nemesis. hedron crabs will mill for a lot if you get them out early enough, try and save fetchlands for them. ciphered paranoid delusions is insane when circu is out, and ciphering onto creeping tar pit is great cause of his unblockablity (cipher doesnt go away after it stops being a creature!). of course, glimpse is glimpse. some transmute cards for finding both circu and nemesis of reason are great, and also serve as roleplayers. life loss on these spells serve double duty cause of mindcrank (and i think its fitting that a lobotomist has his instruments of torture)
