I love the idea of this deck, and I have some suggestions to help it out. From what I've seen, this is is an artifact deck, so the first thing you want to add are of course artifacts that help you, such as:Thopter Assembly is a nice midrangey card that keeps supplying you with tokensEtherium Sculptor makes all your artifacts cost lessSalvage titan is also another giant artifact that can start a cycle with your other artifactsPerilous Myr is an early bloacker that can combo well with Salvage titanand finally Time Sieve can end the game in your favor plus it combo really well with Thopter Assembly.If you're going aggro then I have some different tips for you:Memnite and Ornithopter are great Metalcraft enablersBonesplitter is just like Darksteel Axe only more efficientSignal Pest can pump up all of your attackersVault Skirge is a great flier that's also an artifactPhyrexian Metamorph is great in any deck.That's all!

Etched Champion and Skullclamp are what this deck needs but if Metamorph is too expensive for you, then those will be, too.Arcbound Crusher could be great in this deck.There isn't anything better than Dark Ritual and Mana Leak, at least nothing you could afford. The closest would be Sol Ring, but it would make this deck Vintage only.Chariot of Victory would be a cheap way to give the Lich trample (among other things). You could replace 4 Swamps with Vault of Whispers to increase the number of artifacts for the Plating and Sculptor.
I agree. Most of the time you can make decks better without having to throw down extra money...but with this deck, as is, don't see it getting much improved without some cash.
I like this deck, but it seems like you should add another dark ritual because it seems like that's probably the best way to get out Phylactery Lich, but other than that, really cool! Maybe some ornithopters or memnites, too? They work amazingly with ensoul artifact.
"Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas" would be nice. "Welding Jar" could regenerate your artifacts for free.
