noticed that not much budget modern decks here, decided to share my modern esper control list
you basically play land pass turn, then trade your resources with theirs efficiently, drawing cards and stuff, and if the game goes past turn 25 you should win 100% of time (unless it's a control mirror, even then i tihnk this deck has the edge)
