this deck is a blue/black control deck full of removal spell for your opponent's threats like ultimate price,cancel,and rescue. the enroach and unburden is to remove some of your opponent's important spells and creatures but with the enroach you get to see your opponent's hand to see what moves they are going to make on you. the soul fest is just a lifedrainer. the creatures in this deck with flying to finish the job.HOPE YOU LIKE IT :))))-MTGDUKE

I like the deck but if criticism is welcome why replace coast watcher with baleful strix simple
because i had to use all 3 of these expansions:Urza's Destiny, Return to Ravnica, and Scourge from a challenge by jessie
makes sense, but if you ever put the deck into consideration put in balefult strix

Yeah I think that dissolve would fit in much better than cancel but then again it's in the wrong set for the challenge.
Also in addition to encroach you could put in despise from khans but you should also put in warden of evos isle
Otherwise deck looks good for a budget
