A deck that I built together with a friend for use on our local starter-tournament. We threw together the cards we had and this is what we came up with. Later he added Laboratory Maniac to switch from mill to self mill. As it had to come the first match we had to play on the tournament was against each other. I know that U/B Mill has a far better chance of winning but we also where looking to keep it budget and use the cards we had. Regardless I'm open to all suggestions and ideas that may help to further improve this deck.
"Hedron Crab" and "Augur of Bolas" will help to stay alive while removing your opponents library. One of the strongest mill-cards in this deck is "Sanity Grinding". Just don't forget that you are allowed to decide the order you put the cards under your library. This can be important if you manage to play some "Sanity Grinding" or copy it with "Twincast"After the first game you can change from milling you opponent to self-mill and try to confuse your opponent and make his sideboarding less effective.
