Standard legal, built with cards from the block M14, Return to Ravnica (Return to Ravnica, Gatecrash and Dragon's Maze) and Theros (Theros, Born of the Gods and Journey into Nyx)I tried to make convert my U/B modern control deck (http://www.mtgvault.com/muktol/decks/ub-control-discard/) into a standard legal deck. I ended up replacing the discard, rack and draw/ discard effects with discard, mill and some creatures that benefit from a high number of creatures in your opponents library. This deck exists only on this site and has never been played against another deck. Regardless I'm open to all suggestions and ideas that may help to improve this deck.
"Thoughtseize" and "Duress" take care of dangerous cards while they also (most of the time at least) start to fill your opponents graveyard with creatures. "Black Cat" and "Liliana's Reaver" should be able to keep your opponents handcard number low while waiting for "Nighthowler", "Wight of Precinct Six" or "Consuming Aberration" to finish the game.
