The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Deck Description

I tried to evolve my B/W pauper vampire sacrificing deck (http://www.mtgvault.com/muktol/decks/wb-paupervampire-sacrificing/) into a normal modern deck.

The core of the deck still is "Bloodflow Connoisseur"/ "Falkenrath Torturer" but with some added support. "Blood Artist" as the first choice to increase damage and get some lifegain, "Cauldron Haze", "Blade of the Bloodchief" and "Xathrid Necromancer" to further (ab)use dying creatures. "Bloodline Keeper" and "Thraben Doomsayer" was added to consistent get some creature to sac on the field.

This deck exists only on this site and has never been played against another deck. Regardless I'm open to all suggestions and ideas that may help to improve this deck.

How to Play

Use your creatures (and especially humans) to buff up "Bloodflow Connoisseur" and "Falkenrath Torturer". "Blade of the Bloodchief" should speed that process up significantly.
"Xathrid Necromancer", "Bloodline Keeper" and "Thraben Doomsayer" provide further fodder for the hungry vampires.
"Orzhov Pontiff" functions first as a buff and if sacrificed as mass-removal.

Blood Artist would be a good idea, but wat to take out for him? Bloodline Keeper?

I would take out the torturer

"Bloodflow Connoisseur" and "Falkenrath Torturer" are the main sac outlets, so taking one out would reduce the number of cards I can use to sacrifice something to 4, and thats very few, considering that I need one of those to win the match

Then, maybe consider taking out Pontiff...
have you considered Zealous Persecution?

Hey, i'm the guy with the goblin deck, if you recall, but anyways, since we are quite on the same page using sacrifice, difference being vampires for you and skeletons/zombies for me, you wouldn't mind taking a look at my reassembling deck?

I'm only asking since this looks really good, and you seem to have your vitz about you ;-)

Some friends told me that I tend to do drastic revisions, so if you aren't afraid of that, I will take a look at it :)

well they are drastic, and when a new deck is put together, that's usually whats needed, so keep being like that, thanks ;)

No, no tournament expirience with this one, sadly I don't have the time to test all those decks I built on tournaments. They are played on Magic Workstation in mirror mode (against the same deck) and against some other decks, if I get the time. They all should work, but the fine tuning might be missing :)
