Deck Description

Basic Idea
Personally I loved proliferate since the moment I first played it on arena and have some fun there. I would have loved to see my opponets face when Evolution Sage and Nissa, Who Shakes the World start to work together and double the number of counters in a single turn. Well that this won't be possible in pauper was clear from the beginning, but I simply wanted to see what colour-combinations would be possible (and make sense)

Tests
I have tested this deck against other pauper decks. The decks I tested against are a mixture of Control and Aggro and the result are recorded in a spreadsheet. If you're interested in details from the spreadsheet, feel free to ask.

I'm open to all suggestions and ideas that may help to improve this deck.

How to Play

[[Servant of the Scale]] and [[Star Pupil]] are very versatile creatures, if you play them early on, you don't loose power when one dies, if you play him later on, chances are that he will get stronger due to some proliferate spells, and even if he dies, he can transfer his counter onto another creature. Their best friend is [[Skyhunter Skirmisher]] which loves to take their counters and carry massive damage to opponents.
[[Serrated Arrows]] works like a charm on smaler creatures, and with proliferate chances are high that you won't run out of arrow-counters so fast. But even if you have to take down a larger creature, -1/-1 counters and proliferate work really well together.

Deck discussion for W/G Pauper: Proliferate

This looks fun!

I have reworked the deck somewhat and finally had the time to test this. Star Pupil and Servant of the Scale are a real pain in the ass for an opponent because their power isn't lost (if they aren't the last creature). Skyhunter Skirmisher, which loves to take their counters, can deal massive amount of damage, and often can simply bypass opponents defence.
The only thing I'm missing would be some carddraw (I threw in Palace Sentinels) and/ or some way to proliferate more often, but sadly thinks like [[Karn's Bastion]] or Contagion Clasp are not pauper legal. I was looking at Urban Daggertooth, but enabling enrage in this deck is rather difficult.

Awesome! I'd replace stony strength with snakeskin veil though, this deck looks good enough against creature decks, but looks weak agaisnt good removal options.

Something like unbreakable formation would also be good, it basically proliferates if its on main phase and can also be used agaisnt control as a boardwipe preventer.

I had Snakeskin Veil in the mainboard, but went for Emerge Unscathed to get protection. Helps to protect or deal damage to your opponent. The reason was that Star Pupil and Servant of the Scale have sort of protection of their own, as their power isn't lost. But I re-added Snakeskin Veil to the sideboard, when going against removal heavy decks.
