Your lands will (on a typical "good day") give you about 3 lands by turn 5, and you have barely any ramping, so you'll have a lot of cost 5 cards stuck in your hand for the game. I would suggest replacing one Prophet and one Consuming Abberation for two cost 1 mana ramp cards.
